Capitol City Honda is searching for an all-around Accounts Payable Specialist who brings positivity, flexibility, and a can-do attitude to everything they do. If you are someone who enjoys a mix of tasks and likes being part of the backbone of a busy dealership, we'd love to meet you.
- Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments to vendors, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with monthly and annual closing procedures.
- Invoice processing: Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy, coding invoices with the correct general ledger and cost center accounts, and matching invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents.
- Vendor management: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, reconcile vendor statements, and resolve billing discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
- Reconciliation and reporting: Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, prepare and maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions, and assist with year-end 1099 reporting.
- Administrative support: Maintain organized digital and physical records, provide supporting documentation for audits, and perform other related duties as assigned.
- Automotive-specific duties: Reconcile statements related to specific auto dealer accounting, such as trade creditors and affiliated company payables.

Capitol City Honda is a team driven and upbeat environment where we work hard and play hard! This is an 8:30am-5:00, Monday-Friday, full time, on-location position. Occasional shift change may be necessary. Professional Casual work Attire. $18.50 - $23.00. In person interviews are being held, Monday – Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm, as time allows. Capitol City Honda is looking to add a few Lot Attendants as new additions to our team.
The Lot Attendant is important to our operations because it allows the dealership to run smoothly. You would be performing tasks such as rearranging the vehicles, helping with new vehicles and used vehicles that are coming into the dealership, and assisting customers. This position offers a lot of room for growth and career development. Many of our Lot Attendants go on to be Sales Representatives or Technicians!
Job Duties
- Perform check-in inspections of new vehicles and park them in designated areas.
- Pull vehicles up and deliver to guests upon completion.
- Provide quality customer service to guests.
- Maintain an orderly appearance of vehicle displays.
- Clean and fuel vehicles for customer handover.
- Assist sales managers with merchandising inventory.
- Other duties as needed to help support the Sales and Service team.
Qualifications
- Driver’s License. Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license and clean driving record

Our company is growing, and we have an outstanding opportunity for a result focused, highly driven, Service Greeter. This is an opportunity for the right individual, to learn and grow into a career in the automotive service and parts industry. This position requires multi-tasking skills. The Service Greeter acts as liaison between the client and the service adviser, answering phone calls, scheduling clients using the X-Time program for scheduling service appointments, greeting incoming service clients, performing a vehicle walk around, handling paperwork, parking customer vehicles as well as other duties as assigned.
- Greet Service Department clients in a prompt and courteous manner 100% of the time.
- Walk around the client’s vehicle making note of preexisting vehicle condition prior to service. Tag mirror and gather information pertaining to VIN number, mileage. Reset maintenance indicator if service is being performed.
- Maintain strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation.
- Reply to voice and e-mail messages in a timely manner, either internal or external clients.
- Encourage clients to return their Honda survey.
- Inform Service Manager of all problems and potential problems involving clients, repairs, and equipment. Coordinate work overflow.
Additional Information:
- No experience necessary, teamwork required.
- A valid and current driver's license is required.
- Training is provided.
